Behind every project is a team of experienced tradespeople and construction professionals with over a decade of hands-on expertise.

Our team has delivered residential renovations across Toronto and the GTA, from full kitchen and bathroom remodels to larger-scale home transformations and multi-unit residential projects. They bring deep technical knowledge across framing, electrical, plumbing, tiling, cabinetry, and finishing work.

We pair that craftsmanship with strong project coordination, ensuring every detail is executed with care, precision, and consistency.
OUR FOUNDER
Dilan Unutkan
M.SC. PLANNING, UNIVERSITY OF TORONTO
Dilan Unutkan founded Dilan Construction and Development Inc. after more than a decade of work at the intersection of construction, infrastructure, real estate development, and community development — both in Canada and internationally.
​
Her career includes leadership roles on some of Canada’s most complex builds. She held a management position on the Union Station Enhancement Project, working at the centre of a live construction environment, coordinating among contractors, managing construction impacts on surrounding communities, and helping to keep a multi-year infrastructure project on track.
​
She has led project delivery on large-scale energy and mining developments across Canada, Latin America, West Africa, and Europe, managing regulatory approvals and permitting processes, and overseeing budgets, schedules, and cross-functional teams through every phase of construction.
​
Dilan holds a Master of Science in Planning from the University of Toronto. That training, combined with years of community development work across Toronto neighbourhoods, shapes how she approaches every build. She understands how spaces affect the people inside them and brings that perspective to every project — whether it’s a home renovation, a commercial space, or a multi-unit development.
